Salute to all Filipino Social Workers! 

The Standard Bureau (SB) extends its heartfelt salute to all Filipino social workers for their dedication and excellence in serving the nation. 

As part of recognizing their contributions, the Bureau invites everyone to learn more about Memorandum Circular No. 5 Series of 2022, also known as the “Guidelines in Determining When A Government Personnel May Be Considered As Public Social Worker.”

The MC No. 5, s. of 2022 provides guidance on determining when a government personnel can be considered a Public Social Worker. This circular is based on the Magna Carta for Public Social Workers (RA 9433) and aims to clarify the roles and qualifications of social workers within the government.
