Dedicated personnel from the Standards Bureau (SB) played an integral role in the Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counseling National Technical Working Group (PMOC-NTWG) and Joint Field Monitoring held on June 9 to 10, 2025 in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija. 

This initiative aims to identify areas for improvement of the PMOC program through direct observation of PMO sessions and productive dialogue with the local team of San Jose City. The visit also allowed for the resolution of pressing PMOC-NTWG concerns during the 1st regular meeting for 2025.

Present during the activity were representatives from DSWD, headed by Assistant Secretary for Regulatory Services, and Institutional Development Group (RSIDG) Janet P. Armas, as well as members of the PMOC NTWG headed by the Commission on Population and Development Deputy Executive Director and Chairperson Mr. Lolito R. Tacardon, Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Health (DOH), and Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
