TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ASSISTANCE TO DSWD FIELD OFFICE XI
The Standards Enforcement and Advocacy Division (SEAD) of the Standards Bureau (SB) had provided technical assistance cum technical learning sessions to the members of the Field Office Review Committee (FORC), and Fact Finding Team (FFT) of DSWD Field Office XI last November 9-11, 2022 in Davao City .
The team headed by SEAD Chief Ms. Charito P. Esteban with technical staff Ms. Noemi P. Balindong, highlighted the salient features of the Memorandum Circular No. 16 series of 2018 or the Guidelines on Handling of Complaints against erring SWDAs, Manual on Fact Finding Investigation, and Delisting of SWDAs . Through this activity, the FORC, FFT, and Secretariat intend to strengthen their skills in handling complaints, clarify the roles and responsibilities of the teams, and delist SWDAs from the list of Registered, Licensed, and Accredited SWDAs.
