The Standards Bureau (SB) held an Online Re-Orientation on Memorandum Circular 17, s. 2017 on March 18, 2026, which outlines guidelines for accrediting Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) as beneficiaries of DSWD programs.
The session focused on decentralizing CSO accreditation to Field Offices and highlighted key guidelines, including requirements, processes, and the roles of the Field Office Accreditation Committee (FO-AC).
Mr. Anthony Septimo of the Standards Development Division presented the policy’s key features, ensuring that PAMANA Livelihood Project Associations meet accreditation standards.
Participants included SB officials, Field Office staff, Accreditation Committees, and representatives from the PDBBM National Program Management Office. (JACM)
